Please bear with us as we re-work our websites to reflect recent reorganization.  Although our banner is a bit out of date we felt it better to keep the website and its information available even though the names have changed and the website is under construction.

The acronym UPI and the term" University Planning and Implementation" is no longer applicable.  The functions that were formerly under this group were consolidated under the Planning and Space Management unit and the Design and Construction unit of the Facilities Department in the spring of 2009.

Please use the "Planning" link to the left for Facilities Planning and Space Management.

Please use the "Implementation" link to the left for "Office of Design and Construction."

There is no longer a "Standards and Support Services" unit.  Most of the functions formerly housed there are now part of Facilities Planning and Space Management.
