The Implementation Department in University Planning and Implementation will provide Ohio University with design and construction management services as well as technical expertise that incorporates the best practices in urban design, green building development, technology, transportation and economic development. This department will assure the University projects are built using quality construction based on just and fair administration, integrity, and professionalism. It is the Implementation Department's responsibility to ensure that all projects planned are implemented properly. In order to do this, this department will work closely with the Planning Department throughout the project development process.
