The Standards and Support Services Department in University Planning and Implementation will be providing a variety of support functions for this unit. The Standards and Support Services Department will assist with cost control, estimation, project scheduling and management, code compliance, and flood plain management. In addition, Standards and Support Services will also oversee the sign shop, the entity responsible for creating and maintaining all of the University signage on the Athens Campus.. This department will work closely with the Planning and Implementation departments to provide any services that will facilitate the development process.. This department will also be responsible for maintaining the University's small scale drawing inventory and the University's building document library (prints and specifications).
